You may register for all courses online by
clicking on the "Registration Form" link
on each course description page.

A registration form can be faxed, mailed, or emailed
to NC ERC. After we receive your registration form,
you will be sent a confirmation letter with details
of class location, times etc. All courses will be
presented in Chapel Hill, NC, unless advertised otherwise.
Course schedules are subject to change.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come basis
since space is limited in most classes. To ensure
your place, please register as soon as possible.
Registration Fees
Registration fees must accompany the
registration form or be paid prior to the first
day of the course. Course fees must be
paid before you will be permitted to attend a
course.
Payment can be made by
a check in US Funds made payable to the University of
North Carolina, or a
VISA, Mastercard, or Diners Club number. Credit
cards will be charged at the time the registrations
are received. Effective July 30, 2004
we will not be able to accept payment by American
Express.
Accreditation
American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) and
Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
Certification Maintenance Points will be awarded
for most courses.
Additional credit may be available as described on individual
course pages.
IMPORTANT NC Asbestos Accreditation Information "Anyone
seeking North Carolina asbestos accreditation should
note that prior to attending any asbestos training
course, it is the individual's responsibility to
contact the North Carolina Health Hazard Control
Branch and confirm that they meet the minimum education,
experience, and training requirements as required
by the NC Asbestos Rules. Failure to do so may
result in being denied accreditation even though
you have already attended an approved asbestos

Cancellation
and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations
by telephone will not be accepted. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for ALL cancellations and transfers. No shows and cancellations
received on or after the course date will be invoiced
for the full amount of the course fee(s). NC
OSHERC reserves the right to cancel a course in which
case the full enrollment fee shall be returned to
the registrant. NC OSHERC will not be responsible
for non refundable reservations if courses are canceled.
Keep a copy of your completed Registration
Form and Cancellation Refund Policy for your
records.
Acceptance to programs offered
by UNC-CH is without regard to race, sex, national
origin, color, religion, handicap, age, or veteran's
status.
