You can register
online for the Institute, or you may contact
us to receive a printed brochure and registration

Registration fees must accompany the registration
form or be paid prior to the first day of the course. Course
fees must be paid before you will be permitted to attend
a course.
You
may pay by check in U.S. funds (payable to
the University of North
Carolina), or by Visa, MasterCard or
Diners Club. Checks should be mailed
to the address
on the registration
form (or above).
Credit card accounts will
be charged at the time the registration is
received.
Registration fees vary for Summer Institute
courses. Please check the individual course descriptions
for the course fees.
Registrations are accepted on a space
available basis and must be accompanied by payment
in one of the forms stated above. The registration
fee includes all instructional materials, beverage
breaks and an evening reception at the Marriott Norfolk Waterside.
Cancellation
and Refund Policy
All
cancellations
must be in writing.
Cancellations
by
telephone will
not be accepted.
Full refund will
be made upon
notification of
cancellation
10 working days
prior to the
course date. A
$75 administrative
fee will be retained
for cancellations
made with less
than 10 working
days notification
for the course
date. No
shows and cancellations
received on or
after the course
date will be invoiced
for the full amount
of the course fee(s). NC
OSHERC reserves
the right to
cancel a course
in which
case the full
enrollment fee
shall be returned
to the registrant.
NC OSHERC will
not be responsible
for non refundable
reservations
if
courses are canceled.

Form and Cancellation
Refund Policy
for your records.
