Experience

• FIRECON, President, founded in 1980. Help clients prevent plan for, and control emergencies. Advise clients and perform services primarily in the following areas; training; training related; fire brigade operation; loss control; emergency planning; and incident analysis. Responsible for managing FIRECON operations
• Arkansas Fire Academy, Instructor, 1979 - 1980. Primary duties included: course and curriculum; needs assessment, task analysis, development, production of materials, and presentation. Instructional duties encompassed two year college program, fire service at all levels, and industry. Advise fire departments and industry concerning operations, management and hazard control.
• United States Air Force, Fire Protection Specialist, 1974 - 1977. Served in technical services where primary duties included; training fire department and non-fire department personnel, inspection, plans review, fire investigation, and hazard analysis. Member base exercise evaluation team. served in operations where primary duties included; Rescue, emergency control and training. attained the rank of Staff Sergeant prior to honorable discharge. Received numerous citations and awards for outstanding performance of duties both emergency and non-emergency.
• Volunteer fire Service, 1972 - present. have held positions including; Assistant Director of the Lancaster County Fire School, Division Chief HazMat 2, Training Officer, Fire Marshal, Deputy Chief, and Captain
