The 30-Hour OSHA General Industry – Complying with OSHA course is geared to manufacturing, distribution and the public sector.  This course will develop a greater understanding of general industry OSHA policies and requirements to aid voluntary compliance with the 29 CFR 1910 Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. Attendees receive a completion card from OSHA and information to participate in OSHA's "Outreach Program."


OSHA Act; OSHA procedures and policies; Walking and working surfaces; Egress/fire protection; Materials handling; Hazard communication; Personal protective equipment; Electrical and machine guarding; Lockout/tagout; welding; Recordkeeping; Noise; Respirators; Ergonomics; Industrial hygiene; Laboratories; Accident investigation, HAZWOPER; Confined space; Managing OSHA compliance.
