The South Eastern Atlantic College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (SEACOEM) would like to invite Exhibitors to participate on September 17-19, 2009.
Exhibits will be open throughout the day on Friday, September 18 and until Noon on Saturday, September 19 at the Hilton New Bern Riverfront. Participants will be encouraged to visit the Exhibits throughout the Symposium in the Foyer adjacent to the Lawson Room. The Meeting will be held in the Lawson Room of the Hilton New Bern Riverfront.
The location of the exhibits will enhance the opportunities for interacting with the participants, the exhibit area will be adjacent to the meeting room so the participants may visit your exhibits repeatedly before and after the meeting and at all the refreshment breaks. The exhibit tables will be assigned on a first come first served basis and the number of exhibitors may be limited. The conference will run from 8:00–5:00 Friday and from 8:00–12:30 on Saturday with continental breakfasts, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks.
If you would like to become an exhibitor or supporter at this event, we are offering the following ways to participate.
SEACOEM Patron - $1500 As a SEACOEM Patron, you may choose to sponsor the President’s Reception, the Friday Noon Luncheon, or to make an Unrestricted Educational Grant. If you choose to sponsor either of these events, your company’s name and logo would be clearly noted on a sign at that event and would be included on all SEACOEM quarterly newsletters for one year. Patrons will also be provided the same amenities as an Exhibitor and Sponsor.
Exhibitor - $400 Exhibitors may have a table-top or stand alone exhibit. Exhibitor materials or leaflets may be included in participant program binders. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to join the members for lunch on Friday and be provided with the complete list of members attending the Symposium.
Sponsorship - $250 To help defray the cost of our program, we are also seeking sponsors for our refreshment breaks and speakers. For $250, sponsors will be listed prominently in the program announcement that will be sent to all SEACOEM members in the Carolinas. Sponsor leaflets and promotional material will be included in the program binder provided to all participants. As an added incentive, sponsors will also be provided with the complete list for members attending the Symposium.
Exhibitor Raffle - $100 For an additional $100, we will promote the exhibitors special raffle (suggested retail value $100). This will allow the participating exhibitor to gain additional recognition before each refreshment break and at the end of each session when the raffles will be promoted and held. Recognizing the importance of the exhibitor’s contribution to the meeting, we will provide special recognition and make significant efforts to encourage members to visit exhibits of those sponsoring the raffles.
The membership of the South Eastern Atlantic College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine is made up of over 200 Occupational Physicians who practice in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. This is the primary annual gathering of Occupational Physicians in the Carolinas and Virginia. Reaching these physicians individually would take several weeks and thousands of miles of travel across three states. Approximately 35-40 physicians attend this meeting every year. These physicians are the Medical Directors and decision makers for their Occupational Medical Practices.
If your have any questions about the exhibits, please respond to Marian Swinker, MD, MPH, FACOEM, COEMA President-Elect, Symposium Program Chair by email at swinkerm@ecu.edu or call Dr. Swinker at 252-744-2070. Dr. Swinker will be happy to answer any questions and fill in the details.
