EPA approved AHERA course to maintain certification
as a supervisor of asbestos abatement projects.
This
course is an EPA-approved course and is approved
by the State of North Carolina. If you are
involved in asbestos abatement outside North Carolina,
please check with that state to verify this University
of North Carolina course will be accepted in that
state. You may check the
status of Training Providers on the EPA
website.

Examination
Information
A closed book examination of
25 multiple choice questions will be given today
as part of the required refresher class time. Passing
the exam is required in North Carolina
to renew accreditation.
After exams are graded, you will receive a pass/fail
letter with instructions for renewal of accreditation
in North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Refresher
course attendance only does not constitute accreditation
renewal.
