Institute Pretest

The purpose of this pretest is to determine your algebraic readiness status. You should be able to complete the following types of problems before you attend Industrial Hygiene Sampling.

You may complete this pretest at your leisure, using reference books and a calculator.  For those of you who have difficulty with this pre test, we will offer
Math Review and Use of Scientific Calculator on the Sunday prior to the course from 2:00-4:00 PM at the meeting site

Dr. Nelson W. Couch will guide you through the review on Sunday before you are required to use these techniques in your class at the Winter Institute. Be sure to bring a scientific calculator. If you need to purchase one, the Texas Instruments TI-30Xa will be used for demonstration during the review class.
